I’ve been wanting to try El Parcerito for a few weeks, and we finally stopped by on Saturday afternoon. It did not disappoint We ordered the Bandeja Paisa, Mini Bandeja Paisa, and Carne Asada con Arepa con Queso, and every dish was outstanding. The steak was incredibly juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The beans were hands down some of the best I’ve had—absolutely delicious I’m not sure how many Colombian restaurants we have on Staten Island, but this one has officially become my favorite. If you’re craving authentic Colombian food, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed
